The Spaghetti cutter makes 2 mm wide pasta. If there is a pasta form, the Italians have a name for it. Making your pasta for the family is not cooking; it’s an act of love!

When you use the fettuccine or spaghetti cutter, use the pasta sheets that you have rolled using the lasagna roller; alternatively, roll out by hand and feed through the Spaghetti cutter.
