The Ankarsrum Grain Mill is compatible with the Ankarsrum Original Mixer. Use this attachment to process whole grains, such as wheat, rice, and corn. Adjust the coarseness from 0.25 to 0.45 millimeters. Use the grain mill to grind coffee beans too.

• The grinder is only intended for dry ingredients.
• The flour and coffee grinder grinds grains (wheat, rye, corn, buckwheat, millet, rice) and coffee beans from fine ground to coarse ground.
• Do not feed more than 1250 g beans or grain at a time.
• Set the grinding size, left for coarse ground and right for fine ground.
• The grinder fits all Assistent models N1-N30.
